At the end of each product development phase, we take charge in-house of the design and manufacturing of all the tools required for serial production. Thanks to our integrated mechanical workshop, we also produce functional prototypes in very short lead times. As a truly autonomous unit, this workshop is a strategic asset, ensuring responsiveness, technical expertise, and industrial know-how.
Our manufacturing unit is equipped with advanced technologies:

This diversity allows us to produce a wide range of specific tooling in-house: soldering fixtures, assembly and mounting fixtures, testing equipment, and molds for thermoplastic and thermoset overmolding.
The close proximity between our development teams and our machining workshop encourages rapid iterations and agile development. It ensures full control over our production resources while facilitating the adjustment, maintenance, and repair of tools. This integrated management directly contributes to the robustness and repeatability of our industrial processes.
We also develop customized machines and automation modules designed to optimize production operations. These pieces of equipment help automate repetitive or critical tasks and are integrated into semi-automatic or fully automated lines in close collaboration with our process teams and integration partners.
