The Starting Point of Production

Almost all of our products begin their production cycle in the Electronic Assembly workshops. These are the initial production processes where we assemble the electronic components onto their substrates. Later, if requested by our clients, the products move on to the next workshops to be further processed into finished products.

Surface-Mounted Components (SMT)

We are equipped with two identical SMD component mounting lines, allowing us to handle high volumes and ensure backup capacity. Each of these two lines is equipped with 3D AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) for high-performance and quality production. In order to ensure traceability of the production lot, we are also equipped with a laser engraving machine that marks each part produced. For our most demanding clients, we can also offer traceability down to the individual part level.

Finally, our department is equipped with a protective coating removal line ("underfill") that provides protection and sealing options tailored to certain components.

Through-Hole Components (THT)

We carry out the assembly of through-hole electronic components (THT – Through-Hole Technology) using our automated selective soldering line. This process is particularly suitable for large or specialized components such as connectors, high-capacity capacitors, or mechanical parts.

Our industrialization experts program the line and train the operators on the process as well as on visual inspection at the production output.
This approach ensures soldering quality that complies with IPC standards, for which the majority of our employees are certified.

Tropicalisation

In order to meet the ever-growing demand for protection of electronic boards against "complex" external environments, we have invested in a conformal coating line. Conformal coating involves spraying a protective lacquer on certain areas or components while leaving others untouched.

Driven by the desire to ensure stable processes and, therefore, consistent quality, we regularly test parts during production.

Tests

In addition to the various human and automatic visual inspections we perform on the production line, we can decide internally or offer our clients the option to conduct more in-depth testing using our Flying Probe station. This ensures that each component's value is correct. We also develop other dedicated test stations in-house, which help guarantee that each product delivered is functional and meets the specifications. This also contributes to increasing test coverage.

Depaneling

We separate the electronic boards from the panels using two distinct methods:

  • Semi-automatic or automatic routing: Ideal for large volumes and provides high cutting precision
  • Manual cutting: A very fast process (no programming required), cost-effective, but with slightly wider tolerances compared to routing

Depending on the volume and dimensional requirements, we will find the solution that best meets your needs.
