At ml&s Suisse SA, our sealing process is based on an advanced mastery of overmolding and sealing techniques to provide exceptional levels of waterproofing, tailored to the most demanding environments.
Thanks to our protection technologies, we design electronic systems capable of functioning reliably in extreme conditions: humidity, immersion, high-pressure washing, industrial cleaning, and even autoclave sterilization cycles.
Our technical approach focuses on minimizing the interfaces between materials and components. This significantly reduces potential weak points in the protective envelope and ensures uniform and reliable sealing over time.
Achieved Sealing Levels:
- IP54 to IP69K:
Depending on usage requirements, our solutions can be adapted to all levels of protection against dust, water projections, prolonged immersion, as well as high-pressure and high-temperature jets (IP69K)
- Autoclave Resistance:
We develop encapsulations capable of withstanding up to 2,500 autoclave sterilization cycles without compromising electrical or mechanical performance
Implemented Technologies:
- Thermoplastic and Thermoset Overmolding:
This allows for the creation of a custom, monolithic protective shell, perfectly tailored to dimensional constraints, while ensuring high-performance physical and chemical barriers
- Encapsulation / Sealing:
Total or partial filling of enclosures with technical resins to ensure complete insulation and protection against infiltration
