For products with high criticality, we offer piece-by-piece traceability, including the individual recording of test results (functional, electrical, etc.)
- Permanent Identification:
We ensure labeling, marking, or laser engraving of each unit with unique numbers, enabling clear identification over time
Pairing and Production History
We also offer component pairing solutions, enabling precise knowledge of the internal configuration of each assembled product. On our specialized assembly stations, we automatically record production parameters (temperature, torque, date/time, operator, etc.) for each unit, ensuring complete traceability of the operations performed.
