Mastered mechanical expertise
Thanks to our advanced CAD tools, we carry out the complete development of the finished product. Specifically, we use:
- Unigraphics (NX) for design and detailed 3D modeling
- Fusion 360 for finite element analysis
- Moldflow for rheological simulations related to overmolding
All necessary production tools are designed and manufactured in-house, ensuring complete control over the process.
Integrated electronics development
Our electronics team designs the boards and selects the components using specialized software:
- Altium Designer for schematic design and PCB routing
- Flux for magnetic and electromagnetic simulations
All prototypes are produced and tested in our in-house facility, ensuring thorough tuning and validation before serial production.
